1. Private Clinics & Pharmacy Stores:
We own 13 private clinics and 20 pharmacy stores over all Kingdom, including the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
2. Home Care:
We provide home care medical services for private customers (within the high-class segment). Our company “All Care for Home Care” is the largest provider of home care services in the Middle East. It is our joint venture with the company “All Care”, USA.
3. Medical Contracting:
We are running government facilities such as two rehabilitation hospitals (in Riyadh and Diriyah cities), as well, we’re running nursing homes for senior people, male and female, and kids – over 37 facilities across the Kingdom.
4. Long-term Care Hospital:
In 2022, we launch a new hospital (now, on the final stage of equipment) – for long-term care of patients who can’t get medical services at home (final stages of oncology, hard diseases, senior people who need round-clock medical services). – This is a new business in the Middle East. We are the second company to ever win a license for this type of business from MOH (Saudi Ministry of Health).
5 Pharma & Medical Devices:
Supplying pharmaceutical items & medical devices for government bidding, we import and supply vaccines against scorpions, dog bites, and snake bites, as well as vitamin D3 injections for private hospitals and pharmacies. We also export the same items + oxygen and local medicines to neighboring countries. In the medical device sector, we import and sell connect-bones brackets; and medical disposable items.
6. Asset Management & Investment:
We are purchasing shares in small and medium companies, and taking them to IPO to become listed companies in the stock market. We are also running fund equity for stock market NOMU (for SMEs), and for investment in the healthcare sector opportunities out of IPO.

Saudi Arabia represents 60% of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries’ health sector expenditure, and the sector remains a top priority for the Government. New developments have been driven by digital opportunities, like Digital Medicine and Telemedicine. Being one of the most digitalized countries (with the highest rate of smartphone penetration), Saudi today is welcoming new innovations, scientific and R&D expertise is also highly demanded in Saudi. SFDA – Registration of Pharma & Medical Devices in KSA
Saudi Food & Drugs Authority (SFDA) is an obligatory registration place to sell pharmaceutical items (bio, generic…), food supplements, and medical devices in Saudi Arabia. Saudi FDA has developed its unique standard using the best practice of five+ countries with the highest standards. Nowadays, SFDA’s standard is considered to be a benchmark in MENA for over 27 countries (including the Middle East and Arab League countries). Being “Saudi-Made” gives unprecedented access to the 560,000 population market avoiding complicated registration procedures.
The Market of Medical Devices in Saudi Arabia
There are more than 45 local medical device manufacturers with a market share of ~6% (SAR 1.2B). By 2025, the target is to increase the number to 16% by expanding the current product portfolio and attracting new medical device technologies to provide comprehensive solutions needed by the healthcare providers which should ultimately reflect on the diversity of products and the number of factories to be established within this period.

The modern Saudi regulation is built to attract and protect investors, both – local and foreign.
