12 private clinics and 20 pharmacy stores over all Saudi Arabia, including the big cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. ALL CARE starts with the acquisition of medical centers and clinics in complete or a majority share. Then within 8 months resolving weaknesses and leakages, changing, restructuring, and improving income. After the weakness is solved and a facility starts to successfully make a profit, we are offering it as an investment opportunity for rent or sale. Now, we start preparation for an offer in the stock market (IPO).

Home Care Company

All Care provides home care medical services for private customers (high-class segment). Our company “All Care for Home Care” is the largest provider of home care services in the Middle East. 4,000+ nurses are working with All Care Group. 300 nurses are annually hired. To provide the best class service All Care Group is tied up with two training institutes and with Benowo University in Indonesia, and in the Philippines, we have special training programs with TESDA academic Institute covering 66 cities over the Philippines.

Medical Contracting for Government

We are running government facilities : two rehabilitation hospitals. We’re also running nursing homes for senior people, male and female, and kids – over 37 facilities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Medical Contracting is a long-term agreement between the Government and a licensed private company (All Care Group) to run the government’s healthcare facility from A to Z, on the basis of bidding. 

Long Term Care Hospital

This year, we launch a new hospital for long-term care (now, in the final stage of construction). Long-term care is a relatively new and big business in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. It is serving patients who are in the final stage and need a professional 24/7 care to maintain the viability of the patient. All Care Group is the second company to ever win a license for this type of business from MOH (Saudi Ministry of Health). 

Supplier of Pharma and Medical Devices

For government bidding, we import and supply vaccines against scorpions, dog bites, and snake bites, as well as vitamin D3 injections for private hospitals and pharmacies. We also export the same items + oxygen and local medicines to neighboring countries. In the medical device sector, we import and sell connect-bones brackets; and medical disposable items.

Based on successful experience in the Saudi business since 2009, and our advanced team for market analysis and opportunities implementation, ALL CARE has built an invest-in-equity company aiming to establish and develop long-term businesses and bring them to the stock market (IPO) for stability in the future. For investment, we select sectors of the economy that have a high demand in Saudi Arabia and the MEA region and have a high potential for growth and becoming billions-sectors in the upcoming future.
